convenient location helpful staff peaceful garden
I found the hotel location convenient, very close to the underground station. the staff were helpful, assisting me with directions and local information. the hotel had a charming garden. I often relaxed there in the evenings. it's a great addition.
The room decor seemed somewhat outdated. I think a refresh would improve the overall experience.

the room was really cold. i don't think the shower in the bathtub worked. this was annoying after a long day.
